1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to Zippri and Rabbit Industries Pvt Ltd digital products that link to them. By creating an account, purchasing a service or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms shown before purchase.
2. Services
Rabbit Industries provides technology, AI, SaaS, software development, digital platform and related services. Features, availability and usage limits may vary by product, plan, account status and technical capacity.
We may improve, replace, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary, while protecting paid entitlements and applicable refund rights.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must not use the services for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, malware, fraud, abuse, infringement or attempts to interfere with service integrity.
4. Billing, wallet and payments
Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase or in the applicable quotation. Usage-based services may deduct charges from an internal wallet or account balance according to the displayed rate.
Live payment collection, when enabled, may be processed through authorised banks or acquiring/payment providers. Rabbit Pay does not represent itself as an RBI-authorised payment aggregator unless such authorisation is separately obtained and expressly disclosed.
5. Intellectual property
Rabbit Industries and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, interfaces, designs, trademarks and documentation. Your own content remains yours, subject to the permissions needed to host, process and deliver the requested service.
6. Service availability
We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, security events, force majeure and infrastructure failures may affect service. Where practical, we will provide status information and restore service promptly.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability will be limited to direct losses reasonably attributable to the relevant paid service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing framework
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any mandatory consumer or statutory rights continue to apply. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through the contact and grievance process before pursuing other remedies.
