1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Rabbit Industries Pvt Ltd collects, uses, protects and shares information when you use Zippri, Zippri AI Hub, Rabbit Pay interfaces and other Rabbit Industries digital products that link to this policy.

First party servicesOur current payment use case is for Rabbit Industries Pvt Ltd's own products and services. Payment processing may rely on authorised banking or acquiring partners when live processing is enabled.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the service, we may collect account details, contact information, organisation and billing information, product usage, support messages, transaction references, device and security logs, and information you deliberately upload or submit.

For merchant or organisation onboarding, we may also collect business verification records where required for service delivery, fraud prevention or compliance.

3. Payment and financial data

We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, payment method category, refund status and reconciliation information from a bank, acquirer or payment service provider. We do not ask you to provide a UPI PIN, card PIN or internet banking password to Rabbit Industries.

Where card or banking credentials are handled by a regulated provider or bank, their own privacy and security terms also apply.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, secure and improve our products and customer accounts.
  • Process orders, wallet funding, billing, refunds and reconciliation where enabled.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorised access and security incidents.

5. Sharing

We may share information only as necessary with infrastructure vendors, communication providers, banks, acquiring/payment partners, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and service providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit logging and operational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we process. We retain information only for as long as needed for service, security, dispute, accounting and legal purposes, after which it may be deleted or anonymised where permitted.
