RESEARCH → PRODUCT · TEST · VERIFY · PACKAGE

Turn useful AI research into a product without skipping the safety steps.

Zippri Product Factory R1 connects the output of Autonomous R&D to a simple productization path: approve the idea, build with a trusted builder, run tests, verify evidence and safety, package an immutable artifact, and create an unlisted Marketplace draft for commercial review. Each product shows one recommended next action so operators do not need to manage the underlying hashes and lifecycle objects manually.

A simple six-step path

Product Factory uses the same easy sequence for every research-derived tool: Approve → Build → Test → Verify → Package → Marketplace Draft. Advanced technical information stays available but does not block ordinary operation.

Approve

Decide whether a research concept is worth productizing.

Build

Generate a trusted local reference implementation when an approved builder exists.

Test

Run isolated unit tests against the trusted prototype.

Verify

Check research completion, evidence retention and safety boundaries.

Package

Create an immutable ZIP, repository revision, security scan and CAS record.

Marketplace Draft

Prepare an unlisted draft for price, rights and activation review.

Trusted builders, not arbitrary execution

R1 does not automatically execute arbitrary code generated by an AI model. Known research concepts use trusted deterministic builders with defined source and unit tests. A new concept without a trusted builder stops visibly at Needs Builder instead of being treated as safe.

Verification before packaging

Testing alone is not enough. Product Factory also verifies that the source research job completed, the evidence artifact exists, the builder is trusted, canonical Native weights are unchanged and physical actuation was not silently authorized.

Immutable artifact and supply-chain scan

A verified prototype is packaged into a hashed ZIP, registered as a Zippri repository revision, scanned by the supply-chain scanner and queued for content-addressed storage. The product keeps its research identity and evidence references.

Marketplace is still a human gate

The final automated step creates an unlisted draft only. Pricing, commercial rights, support terms, Marketplace activation and production deployment remain separate Admin decisions. Product Factory does not silently put a new research product on sale.

Common questions about AI Product Factory

Does Product Factory publish a product automatically?

No. It can create an unlisted Marketplace draft, but live activation remains a separate Admin decision.

Does it execute arbitrary AI-generated code?

No in R1. Automatic builds use trusted deterministic builders. Unknown concepts fail closed at Needs Builder.

What happens if tests fail?

The candidate stops at a visible failure state and can be retried only after the builder or test issue is corrected.

What happens if the security scan finds a problem?

The candidate moves to Security Review and cannot create a Marketplace draft until the package passes.

Can a product change Agastya Native weights?

No. Product Factory prototypes are separate product artifacts. Canonical brain changes retain their existing Human Authority gates.

Can research products be sold or rented?

Research can propose INSTALL, RENT, SELL or API distribution. Product Factory prepares the artifact and Marketplace draft, but commercial activation and terms remain Admin-controlled.
