Does 8B mean the Agastya model has 8 billion parameters?
No. Here 8B refers to 8,000,000,000 recorded source training tokens, not the number of model parameters. Model architecture and parameter-count evidence must be evaluated separately.
Is this a third-party accredited or government certificate?
No. The PDF is a Rabbit Industries publisher-issued attestation of its documented training milestone. Neither ZIPPRI nor Zenodo is acting as an independent model-certification authority by hosting these records.
Does matching the PDF SHA-256 validate the training result?
No. An exact SHA-256 match only confirms that a downloaded PDF is byte-for-byte identical to the PDF the publisher released. It does not independently prove the underlying model training, quality, safety or deployment readiness.
Can I download the model checkpoint or training corpus?
Not from this evidence portal. The published package contains documentation and selected metadata only. Proprietary checkpoints, full tokenizer assets, training source and private data remain excluded from the public release.
